Alvin C Evans joined the Perry County Development Corporation as the President and Chief Executive Officerbeginning June 2013. Evans was a founding board member and served as Chairman of the Board when the PCDC was formed in 1990 through 1998. He has remained a board member, Executive Committee member and an active sub-committee member since that time.Evans serves as a Board member on the Perry County Port Authority and Dollars for Scholars. He is a past president of the Perry County Chamber of Commerce and has been involved in numerous other organizations. Alvin brings a wealth of knowledge from his years of service to the PCDC, Perry County Port Authority, and Perry County as a whole. Evans is a life-long resident of Perry County. He is a graduate of Tell City High School and received his Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Evans began his career with J. H. Rudolph & Co., Inc. in 1979 and has served as that companys Chief Operating Officer and Chief Estimator. |

Carol Hagedorn |

Manager, Carol Hagedorn,joined the Perry
County Development Corporation in January of 2003. Hagedorn’s duties
include site selection assistance, marketing and advertising
development, along with web site coordination.
A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Hagedorn majored in print journalism and minored in business law. She served as a reporter for multiple area newspapers before being introduced to the Perry County Development Corporation in 1992 while working with the Perry County Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining the PCDC staff, job assignments included Communications Associate for the Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand and Marketing Director for Citizens National Bank (now Old National Bank).

west.
