Saturday and Sunday October 12 and 13
10:00 – 5:00 pm Central
We’ll be grilling up to 10 different flavors of fresh bratwursts from a German wurstmeister and will offer bratwurst sandwiches and a bratwurst sampler platter with a bite of all flavors to taste prior to choosing your favorite. Ever try Hawaiian with pineapple and brown sugar, Garlic & Butter or Chipotle Ranch brats?
Our favorite wines to pair with bratwursts will be On Sale for $1.00 off per bottle: Gruner Veltliner, Gewurztraminer, Blaufrankisch, Riesling and Cranberry. Saturday’s music 1:30-3:30 Central will be Leo Gronquist with light rock and island music and Sunday Jed Guillaume – folk and light rock. Prost!
