Tour starts at the Tell City Historical Society Museum (located at the corner of 9th & Franklin Streets). Tour booklets are available at the museum from Noon until 4:00pm for $2 each. Sponsored by ATTC and the Tell City Historical Society.

Schweizer Fest 3 on 3 Basketball Tourney (Incoming 7th- and 8th Grade)
This double elimination tournament will be held in the Bryan Taylor Sports Arena at Tell City Jr.-Sr. High School. Registration and check in will take place from 8 – 8:45. Teams can have a maximum of four players. Entry fee is $10 per player. First place team will receive championship T-shirts. Check out this year’s Schweizer Fest Market. With displays and sales by local artisans and antiquities dealers, you’re sure to find many treasurers. Adjacent to the Marketplace, there will be a section for Direct Sales and Non-profit organizations where you can buy a popular item or learn more about our Perry County community! Back for the fourth year, area micro-breweries will offer a selection of beers on tap for beer connoisseurs including selections from Tell City Brewing Company and St Benedict’s Brew Works. The Craft Beer Garden will be located in the Domestic beer garden area located on Main Street. ID is required.

Local 21-year-old singer /song writer/ guitarist has gathered quite a following in the surrounding area during the past few years. He recently recorded and released his first cd of original music and is hoping to make his life somewhere in the music business. He returns to Schweizer Fest for a third year.

Scenic Lincoln Way Train Rides
Train rides for all ages to enjoy. Excursions will depart from the Tell City Depot (333 – 7th Street). There will be family rides and themed rides for children with a young children’s story hour on the caboose. Call 812-547-7933 for ticket information and pricing.

Multi award-winning singer/songwriter Michael Jacobs creates a compelling blend of roots, rock and folk. His songs reflect a deep passion to do good in the world by exploring a broad range of subjects, from individual to social issues. Michael’s professional music career began as a songwriter and guitarist in Nashville, TN. He’s recorded eight commercially and critically successful CDs. Michael’s an accomplished musician and writing great songs remains his sole desire and fuels his ambition.

Friday night is a special one this year as Schweizer Fest welcomes one of Nashville’s top musical groups. Top Tier is a Nashville-based band that was formed 11 years ago and consists of seasoned studio and performing musicians with a passion for entertainment. Top Tier’s eight-piece band has an incredible horn section and five vocalists to offer a diverse repertoire that spans more than eight decades and encompasses almost every style of music.
The band members have shared the stage with a diverse group of artists, such as Rick Springfield, The Cars, Craig Morgan, Tiffany, Phil Vassar, Ambrosia, and John Ford Coley. Collectively they have performed everywhere from casinos to headlining major outdoor concerts. Members of the band have also written and recorded music with members of Sawyer Brown, Thompson Square, Winger, Giant, and Steve Perry Band. Music that the band’s members have written and produced has been used in major motion pictures, TV, advertising, and recorded by several artists.
The Band’s song list is incredibly diverse. You’ll hear everything from Garth Brooks and Tim McGraw to Blink 182, Michael Jackson, Daft Punk, AC/DC and Whitney Houston. Friday night will be a non-stop dance party in the Brau Garten with Top Tier. Don’t miss them!
