Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with specific experience in apartment maintenance. Must have experience in HVAC, electrical, pluming, and managements. Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, pluming, and HVAC systems and preventative maintenance.
• Implement effective preventative maintenance program.
• Implement effective maintenance plan.
• Performs routine inspections of property, and ensures corrective actions on deficiencies reported.
• Respond promptly to and complete assigned maintenance requests from residents.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and inspections.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and property amenities.
• Assists with overseeing any outside contractors working on the property.
• On-call time in rotation.
• Delegate duties to maintenance personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Executive Director.

Qualifications:

• 3 +years of experience as Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (Required)
• Strong knowledge of electrical, pluming, and HVAC systems, and boiler system.
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
• Ability to lead maintenance team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
