Marine Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operations of a heavy civil/marine construction site
• Manage a small group of teammates, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA and USCG standards
• Coordinate material and equipment delivery.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis, hold toolbox talks and ensure all proper PPE is available and used/worn properly.
• Oversee quality control.
• Maintain a safe, clean worksite.
• Work with Project Management team daily.
• Daily Project Updates
• Coordination to resolve and onsite issues.
• Liaison with customer/other contractor when needed
