As a Manufacturing Engineer II at Parker Aerospace, you’ll work with some of the brightest minds in aerospace to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes. You’ll support the production of advanced engine fuel and thermal management systems by planning workflows, optimizing layouts, and leading continuous improvement projects. This position is ideal for a motivated engineer with strong problem-solving skills, technical experience, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and review manufacturing processes and workflows to improve safety, quality, and efficiency

• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing principles

• Support design engineering by providing input on manufacturability and cost-effective production methods

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support corrective actions, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory standards

• Participate in the development and deployment of capital projects and automation initiatives

• Maintain accurate documentation and process controls to ensure operational excellence

• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and process optimization on the production floor

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field

• 2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and ability to interpret technical drawings

• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant manufacturing software
