As a General Production team member in our summer program, you’ll be trained to safely operate tools and equipment, support on-time production goals, and contribute to a clean and efficient workspace. This limited-term role is ideal for someone ready to work 12-hour shifts (day or night), with potential weekend and overtime hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete safety training and follow all safety protocols

• Follow instructions and established procedures

• Support departmental goals through consistent and timely work

• Operate hand tools, machinery, and other industrial equipment

• Visually inspect products to ensure quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area as part of our 6-S Program

• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Adapt to various tasks in a repetitive, high-paced environment

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic

• Comfortable working in a team and industrial environment

• Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
