To support the American Legion and to honor the sacrifice of those who serve by enhancing the lives of our veterans, military and their families, both at home and abroad.

Camping is available for individuals with mental and physical disabilities, excluding wheelchair (children and adult campers). Residential services for 18 years old and over. Service fees vary.

Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Perry County

The oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the US for one-to-one youth service. Develops positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on lives of children ages 6-18.

BSA – Boy Scout Troop 192

Boy Scouts of America providing a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness. Troop 192 meets every Tuesday at 6:30 pm. For more information call Mike Aders- (812)547-2261

Ministry of Consolation (bereavement support groups) and strengthening families (for families with children ages 10-14.) Serves individuals of all denominations. Early Years store for 0-2 year old children. Referrals are made to licensed therapists if the need arises.
